In accordance with the provisions of articles 6-III and 19 of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy, known as L.C.E.N., it is brought to the attention of users and visitors, hereinafter the “User”, of the site https://rex-potam.fr, hereinafter the “Site”, the present legal notices.

Connection and navigation on the Site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present legal notices.

These are accessible on the Site under the “Legal notices” section.

ARTICLE 1 - THE PUBLISHER

ARTICLE 2 - THE HOST

The Site is hosted by the company OVH, whose head office is located at 2 rue Kellermann - 59100 Roubaix - France.

ARTICLE 3 - ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unplanned interruption which may result from a need for maintenance.

In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of the Site, the Publisher cannot be held responsible.

4.1 Nature of Data and Pseudonymization

To provide favoriting features (“likes”) and establish playback statistics without requiring a user account, the Site uses a unique and random session identifier (a 64-byte token).

This system is pseudonymized: no personal data (name, email) or permanent technical identifiers (IP address) are stored in relation to this identifier in the application database.
The data collected concerns only interactions with audio content (plays longer than 5 seconds and “likes”).

4.2 Retention Period

In accordance with the principle of data minimization, data is kept for a maximum period of 12 months from the User’s last access. An automatic cleanup mechanism permanently deletes inactive sessions and associated preferences after this period.

4.3 User Rights

The User has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose their personal data. The User can exercise this right:

Local Action: The User can also reset their data at any time by deleting the rex_session cookie and clearing the local storage (localStorage) of their browser.

ARTICLE 5 - COOKIES

The User is informed that during their visits to the Site, a cookie named rex_session may be automatically installed on their browser software. This cookie is strictly necessary for the provision of the service (remembering favorites and internal audience statistics) and is configured with optimal security parameters (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax).

Any use, reproduction, distribution, marketing, modification of all or part of the Site, without authorization from the Publisher is prohibited and may result in legal actions and proceedings as provided for in particular by the French Intellectual Property Code and the French Civil Code.
